Terms of Use
These terms govern the relationship between LEX PROXIMA STUDIOS LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 15503490; address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) (“Prova”, “we”) and the business that opens a Prova account or installs Prova through ikas (“you”). By opening an account or installing the app, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Prova adds a virtual try-on widget to your product pages. Your store visitors upload their own photo to see the product on themselves, and you follow try-ons, likes and post-try-on sales in the dashboard. Prova currently works on ikas stores.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity under your account.
- If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- The free plan includes 5 one-time credits. Paid plans include monthly credits; current prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and in the dashboard.
- Each virtual try-on uses 2 credits and each scene change uses 1. Credits are deducted only when a try-on or scene image is generated successfully.
- When your credits run out, the widget cannot generate new try-ons; you can buy extra credit packs in the dashboard.
- Payments are taken through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel, and each renewal adds the plan's monthly credits to your balance.
- You can cancel or change your plan in the dashboard; changes apply from the next billing period.
- Except where applicable law requires otherwise, started billing periods and used credits are not refundable.
4. Your obligations to store visitors
- You inform your visitors in your store's privacy notice that the Prova virtual try-on service is used.
- You confirm that you have the right to use the product images shown in the widget.
- You use Prova only for lawful products and purposes.
5. Unacceptable use
You may not use Prova, or allow visitors to use it, to:
- Upload a photo of another person without their permission.
- Upload photos of anyone under 18.
- Generate nude, sexual, violent, degrading or unlawful content.
- Reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service with automated tools, or try to bypass its security.
6. Intellectual property and generated images
The Prova software, widget, dashboard and brand belong to us. Your product images and store content remain yours; you allow us to use them to provide the service.
Try-on images are approximate visualisations generated by AI. They may not exactly reflect the product's real fit, size, colour or texture and should not be presented as the sole basis for a purchase decision.
7. Service availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption or errors, but it is provided “as is”. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or outages at third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if the service is abused.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or our prices. We will announce material changes through the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions: info@prova.so
